Relationship Therapy

I provide a safe space for relationships of all types to explore emotions, assess relationship dynamics, communication styles, and tackle challenges related to family planning, intimacy, and sexuality. I largely use Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help clients decrease conflict in verbal communication, increase respect and a culture of appreciation, and remove barriers in changing cycles that contribute to disconnection. I believe that every relationship has the potential to flourish with the right support.
